Laura visited Samantha in summer 2020. She was suffering with progressively worse acne and sensitive skin.

Laura's skin barrier was very weak (redness and sensitivity was a giveaway), which provided a red carpet for acne to spread. We took the decision to strengthen her skin barrier with SensiCalm before starting any acne products. By treating her sensitivity first, her skin was in a better condition to treat with the more aggressive acne products.

Milupa was concerned about the hollow appearance under her eyes for some time.

As the face changes with age, the fat pads of the face begin to split apart, revealing areas of volume loss and hollowness. In Mulupa's case, we can see a tear trough deformity.

Samantha suggested tear trough filler to help fill this hollow space.
