Skin Sister is a Hampshire based medically lead aesthetics clinic, established in 2018 by Samantha Heatley. We have two locations to choose from:

Skin Sister LTD Basingstoke is located at the beautiful Worting House, a 3 minute drive from the town centre and the M3. Samantha and Pippa work here.

Skin Sister Fareham is located at the Luxury location at Cams Hall, Fareham close to both Portsmouth and Southampton. Helen works here.

Skin Sister has an excellent 5 star reputation and is regarded as one of the top aesthetic clinics in Hampshire.

We have a holistic, natural and restorative approach to our treatments. Ensuring our patients feel listened to, is extremely important to us. We don't ever rush our appointments and always schedule generous appointment slots.

Clinical excellence and patient safety are our top priorities. Our small team is made up of Samantha, Helen and Pippa. All practitioners are both prescribing medical professionals.

Samantha Heatley

Samantha Heatley is the lead clinician of Skin Sister LTD in Basingstoke. She established Skin Sister in 2018.

Samantha qualified as a Radiographer in 2012 and completed her aesthetics training on Harley Street in 2018. Previously having worked in the NHS and private practice, she now works full time at Skin Sister offering aesthetic treatments.
Samantha has undertaken post graduate study to prescribe medicines.

Samantha's background in healthcare, teamed with her artistic eye means she is able to offer the highest quality cosmetic injectables. Samantha has ultrasound in clinic to deliver the safest aesthetic injectables as it gives us a view of anatomy and where to inject safely.

Helen Burton-Gow

Director- Fareham Clinic

Aesthetics Practitioner HCPC registered

Helen is the co- owner of Skin Sister Fareham and was trained by Samantha meaning she is able to deliver the same techniques. Helen holds an Independent prescribing qualification and is registered with the HCPC.

With a background working in A & E as an Advanced Care Paramedic Practitioner, and a strong passion for aesthetics, Helen is able to offer safe and high quality treatments.

Pippa Douglas

Aesthetics Nurse- Basingstoke clinic

BSc hons, MSc, IP, Adult nurse, Level 7

NMC registered

Pippa Douglas has 4 years experience working in aesthetics, and over 10 years as an adult nurse in the NHS.

Pippa trained with Harley academy in 2020 and has completed further training with Samantha at Skin Sister in 2024.

Pippa is an expert in skin and has studied cosmetic dermatology at masters level.

Available to book with on Tuesdays at the Basingstoke clinic.

Anita Cubbin

Bookings Assistant

Anita is our skilled bookings co-ordinator. She handles all telephone, text and social media enquiries.
She has worked in the aesthetics industry for over 5 years, so is very knowledgeable and is able to answer non medical queries.
